Am not

What am I not?
I am not a narrative.

I am a constantly appearing thing.
An experiencing thing – within moments, I gather up what they are and mostly observe.
Should I participate more?
What would that look like?
Talk to randos?
Ask better questions?
Get to know more people?
Understand them better?
What’s to understand?
To what end?
Typically, they enlist you to care about the character they’ve crafted.
So few want to hunker in and be with the flame.
Delight in the other.
Feel what is evident always.
Participate more in nature.
Collect the butterflies.
Grow the seed.
Tend the garden.
Watch the flower, the moon.
Feel the sun on the skin.
Most am not.
None of them do.
